Evan’s passion for training began with a drive to reach the upper echelon of his sport, Ultimate Frisbee. What started as a personal pursuit of performance quickly evolved into a deep curiosity about how the human body adapts, recovers, and performs under stress. After years of experimenting with different training modalities, refining nutrition strategies, and coaching at the high school and collegiate levels, Evan committed fully to a career in health and fitness.

He earned his ISSA Nutrition Certification and completed the 500-hour professional massage therapy program at Lauterstein-Conway Massage School, expanding his understanding of movement, recovery, and soft tissue health.

At Central Athlete, Evan integrates these disciplines into a personalized, assessment-first approach. He works with clients to improve movement quality, build sustainable strength, and address limitations that may be holding them back. His coaching emphasizes long-term progress, helping driven professionals train intelligently, recover effectively, and perform at a high level without sacrificing their overall health.
