Position: Central Athlete On-site Coach
POSITION SUMMARY
At Central Athlete, a full-time On-Site Coach plays a critical role in both program design and coaching implementation. This is a generalist role requiring deep domain knowledge and expertise in strength and conditioning, as well as a high level of emotional intelligence and professional maturity. Equally important is a strong foundation in a holistic approach to health and performance and understanding how nutrition, sleep, stress management, and lifestyle habits are essential to driving sustainable, long-term success for each client.
The On-Site Coach is expected to conduct detailed assessments, develop personalized programs, and deliver coaching both in-person and remotely via TrueCoach. This role also includes responsibilities as a Central Health Technician, supporting client recovery through therapies such as PEMF, red light therapy, Flowpresso, and more in our state-of-the-art recovery center, Central Health.
You will work closely with our Senior and Head Coach and, when needed, a network of trusted clinical partners to ensure a results-oriented, client-centered experience.

This candidate is expected to relocate permanently to Austin and begin work within 1-4 weeks after an employment offer is made.
COMPENSATION
Several factors contribute to determining a salary range for full-time on-site coaches, including external market benchmark data, geographic location, and the years of experience required or sought. The annual base salary range for this role is between $36,000 and $60,000. Coaches at Central Athlete can expect to earn over $100,000 annually, working with 40-45 clients while maintaining coaching hours, central health technician hours.

Central Athlete is seeking a dynamic, emotionally intelligent, and technically skilled Floor Coach to join our onsite team in Austin, TX. This role is designed for a passionate coach who is highly coachable, invested in long-term growth, and capable of individualizing client programs based on rigorous assessment and open-minded methodology.
This is a prerequisite role for becoming an On-site Coach at Central Athlete, where employees can assess, program, and coach clients. The Floor Coach must be client-facing, charismatic, and adaptable—able to deliver consistent, high-level service on the floor while learning our systems and expectations. Our ideal candidate has a strong foundation in movement and programming and the relational skills to build trust with prospective clients and fellow staff.
This role is based in Austin, TX. Candidates must be prepared to relocate within 4–6 weeks of accepting an offer.
