Our Remote Coaching Includes:
Step 1 - Free Strategy Session: The first step in the Remote Coaching process includes a face to face video consult with your coach to discuss your fitness past, goals, lifestyle, strengths and weaknesses.
Step 2 - Assessment: The initial assessment is a 60 min process in which your coach develops a deeper understanding of your goals, lifestyle, stress, nutritional habits, and personality. All of these evaluations are designed to provide insight into where you currently sit in your fitness journey.
Step 3 - Comprehensive Testing: Your coach will give you a number of different assessments/tests to identify structural strength ratios, movement, and mobility balances and work capacity scores.
Step 4 - Coaching Consultation: Your coach evaluates the assessment and testing in detail so that you understand exactly where you are starting and gain knowledge around your training and lifestyle objectives.
Step 5 - Training: All your workouts and day to day communication will be tracked through TrueCoach. All this can be accessed through your phone, where you will receive your weekly schedule.
Ongoing - Monthly Consultations: The ultimate goal of the monthly consult is to ensure your progress as well as build a relationship with your coach. You will update him/her on lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, and stress to ensure they build the best program for you.
