Exercise Video Library
When Central Athlete first began, we were looking to send our clients exercise demo videos. When we typed an exercise, such as “back squat” into YouTube, the first results were videos that were several minutes long, typically with someone talking for the majority of the video. What we really needed was a simple demo of a back squat to send to our clients, maybe 20 seconds or shorter.
When we realized this didn't exist, we set out to create it. Since 2015 our vision has only broadened and taken a more robust form. Central Athlete has now created the largest and most succinct functional fitness exercise video library on the market.
Right now we have cataloged over 2,400 exercise demo videos that are on average less than 20 seconds long, with another 200+ that are currently being filmed. It is interesting what the market demands. We thought a simple video would be enough, however, our customers have also expressed the need for muscles utilized, planes of movement, a general description, and more. Our library is fully customizable to any use in a multitude of fitness applications such as training platforms and fitness programming.
Feel free to look through our content and get in touch if you're interested in licensing options!
Additionally, we offer a mobile app version of the library specifically for individual trainers to assist with programming and keeping workouts fresh. If you're interested in learning more about getting access to that, reach out here.
